1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
Each time you use or cause access to LogoMaya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of use, as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. In addition, if you are using a particular service on LogoMaya or accessed via LogoMaya, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services, and they will be incorporated by reference within these Terms of use. Please read the site's Privacy policy, which is incorporated within these Terms of use by reference. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. LOGO PURCHASE
You may purchase a Logo at a price showcased upon payment. Upon successful payment you are the last person to buy this Logo. After the purchase occurs, the Logo is permanently removed from our sales directory and is never available to other customers again. You cannot redistribute or resell templates after Buyout Purchase Price. All our logos are unique & for a one-time sale.
3. LOGO CUSTOMIZATION
For any customization that you require in the Logos you have to write to us through the "ORDER CUSTOMIZATION" form. We will get back to you with a quote for the customization work in 12 hours time. Once you accept the same we may proceed with customizing the Logo as per your need.
Customization work will commence once the payment process is completed and the Logo purchased.
4. SHAPES AND FONTS
All shapes and fonts used in our products are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited. All images and illustrations used in Logos come in a single layer, as is.
5. MODIFICATIONS
Till a logo is purchased, you shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
5. UNAUTHORIZED USE
We do not install any of our products which require installation (osCommerce templates, Zen Cart templates, etc.) Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price.
6. ASSIGNABILITY
You shall not sell a logo purchased from LogoMaya through your online store. You may do so only with a prior consent of LogoMaya authority. Thereafter the logo completely becomes your property and you may sell this under your brand name. For the same contact us at........

7. OUR REFUND POLICY
Since our website is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.
8. OWNERSHIP
You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified, until you purchase a Logo and have a written consent of ownership. All products are property of LogoMaya. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
9. INSTALLATIONS
We do not install any of our products which require this (osCommerce templates, Zen Cart templates, etc.). Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price.
10. ANTIFRAUD CHECK
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
11. THIRD-PARTIES SERVICES
We may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. Our website does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with our terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of our website.
** LOGO REPORTING
We not only design Logos ourselves but to meet the increasing demand we also collect logos from 3rd parties and upload them in LogoMaya for sale. In such cases if you happen to come across a copyrighted logo in our site, please feel free to report it to us immediately at ....... & we'll verify & remove the logo from our site right away.
12. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF LogoMaya AND OF ANY SERVICES OR CONTENT PROVIDED (THE "SERVICE") IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. 14. Your responsibilities and registration obligations
In order to use LogoMaya or certain parts of it, you may be required to register for a user account on LogoMaya; in this case, you agree to provide truthful information when requested. By registering for a user account, you explicitly agree to this site's Terms of use, including any amendments made by the site editor that are published herein.
15. Registration and password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you will be responsible for all usage of your user account and/or user name, whether authorized or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify the site editor of any unauthorized use of your user account, user name or password.
REFUND POLICY
Since our website is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Please note that our bonuses are offered on behalf of our respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded;
- Download and unzipping issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support department. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a "download issue" reason. Failure to receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 3 days may result in a refund decline;
- Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team`s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer's choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered;
- Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored. Sample products are available for evaluation purpose at our free sample templates section.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don`t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
